MANAGING PARTNER | Mike founded GROTH Design Group in 1994 with a focus on serving the needs of faith communities and non-profits. In 25 years, we have assisted over 250 congregations in the development of worship, fellowship, education and administrative facilities. While staying true to our roots, the firm now also serves clients with healthcare, senior life, corporate, education and community projects.
PARTNER | Pete leads the firm’s corporate sector and also manages many of our religious projects. With corporate clients, Pete understands the performance of building and operations and how performance impacts users. He balances performance with corporate goals, culture, budget and timeline to take the right design concepts to reality. For religious clients, Pete brings a strong understanding of growing congregations and extensive religious design experience.

Steve also serves as a strong proponent of our company culture and community outreach efforts.
